Job Overview:

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns and optimize for best ROI (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic skills in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak seasons .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
