You are being sought for the role of Team Lead - ORM at NetImpact's online/social media customer service banking operations in Noida. As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of professionals handling social media escalations/email for a banking process. - Overseeing day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring smooth operations. - Motivating team members to achieve organizational goals. - Delegating tasks effectively to team members. - Empowering team members by enhancing their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. - Conducting quarterly performance reviews to track progress. - Creating a conducive and inspiring work environment for the team.
