Position : Team Lead - ORM Location - Noida (Candidates open for Noida location are only recommended to apply) Experience - Must have minimum 5 years experience into social media escalations in BFSI/banking operations profile. Preferred candidate profile: Must have an experience of handling a team or should have led a team before with a bank or any fintech company or process.
