As a Team Lead - ORM, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of professionals handling social media escalations and email communications for a banking process. You will be tasked with managing day-to-day team activities, motivating team members to achieve organizational goals, delegating tasks, and empowering team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
