We are looking for a dynamic team lead profile to lead one of NetImpact online/social media customer service banking operations. Position : Team Lead - ORM Location - Noida (Candidates open for Noida location are only recommended to apply) Experience - Must have minimum 5 years experience into social media escalations in BFSI/banking operations profile. Preferred candidate profile: Must have an experience of handling a team or should have led a team before with a bank or any fintech company or process. Proven experience in social media management/escalation and customer service. Candidates from Banking or fintech industry with social media escalations experience are only recommended to apply. Excellent communication and written English skills. Dynamic personality. Must have leadership skills to manage a good strength of team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Job Profile: Manage a team of professionals working on social media escalations/email for a banking process. Managing the day to day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Delegating tasks to the team members. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
