Job Description

The role and responsibility will be as follows:

  • You'll be the first line of defense when someone @s or DMs Stanza Living with a complaint or when a query lands directly with the founders.
  • Track & Triage:

    Monitor social media (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook) for mentions, DMs, or reviews related to Stanza Living.
  • Respond Smartly:

    Craft quick, clear, and empathetic responses that reflect Stanzas tone friendly, human, and on point.
  • Handle Escalations:

    Route complex or high-priority issues to internal teams or the founders office — and follow up till it’s fixed.
  • Keep Tabs:

    Maintain an escalation tracker and share weekly insights — what’s trending, what’s breaking, and what’s improving.
  • Spot Trends:

    Help the brand team understand what’s going viral about Stanza (good or bad) and how to turn noise into opportunity.
  • Be the Voice:

    Represent Stanza Living’s empathy and efficiency in every message, no matter how heated the comment section gets.
