Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Social Media & Ecommerce Manager. The role involves managing and curating social media campaigns, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), and writing compelling content. You will also be responsible for monitoring engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of ecommerce goals with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Lead and optimize e-commerce strategy, product catalog, and website experience to drive sales, acquisition, and retention
• Experience in creating and executing effective Content Strategies
• Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and driving engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
