Job Description

BAIF Development Research Foundation looking for fulfilment of the position of for Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer


About BAIF:

BAIF (www.baif.org.in) is a leading group of organizations working in the development sector with a focus on the projects of rural development. It is spread across more than 14 states in India. It collaborates with many large international foundations, various state governments and central government. It is also a preferred choice of many large Indian and multinational corporates for conceptualizing and implementing their CSR strategy and projects.


  1. Develop and produce engaging and high-quality content in various formats, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, graphics, and marketing copy
  2. Schedule, publish, and manage content across various digital platforms, ensuring timely delivery and consistent branding
  3. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure content aligns with company goals and maintains brand consistency
  4. Plan and implement social media strategies to promote the Incubation Centre’s programs and impact
  5. Create engaging content and visuals in coordination with internal teams, startups, and partners
  6. Monitor trends & collaborate with media/PR for branding and increased visibility.
  7. Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms
  8. Oversee and manage e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Blinkit and others, ensuring they meet business goals and operational requirements
  9. Handle customer service escalations and other issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a seamless buying experience

Experience from the Development / Business sector is desirable although not a prerequisite.
