About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Editor to manage our brand’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing content across Instagram and other social platforms — from brainstorming and scheduling to guiding the video team and ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar with clear content buckets (e.g. product, behind-the-scenes, team, events, education, trends, etc.)

• Collaborate with the video editing team — guide them on storylines, pacing, and aesthetic direction.

• Create visual content using Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.

• Write engaging captions and hashtags aligned with brand tone.

• Upload and schedule posts and stories, ensuring consistency and timing.

• Track post performance and share insights for improvement.

• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and marketing teams to align deliverables.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience managing brand or creator pages.

• Basic skills in Canva, Instagram Reels, and editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.).

• Strong sense of design, tone, and social trends.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with food, lifestyle, or hospitality content.

• Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Suite, Later, or Notion).

• Familiarity with influencer or brand collaborations.
