Social Media Creator (Immediate Joiner)

The Opportunity -

Not a "post scheduler.

We're looking for a maker, someone who can script, shoot, design, edit, and ship

creator-grade content that makes CISOs and security leaders stop scrolling.

Youll help make AI Security understandable, entertaining, and impossible to ignore, through

videos, carousels, and motion-first storytelling.

What Youll Create

Video Stories (6090s):

Turn blogs or insights into thumb-stopping videos with a hook-setup-payoff arc, cutaways,

captions, and a crisp CTA.

Founders-in-60:

Coach and record our founders cut snackable POVs like Why legacy DLP fails in 2025”

or “What DDR means in plain English.”

Event Micro-Docs:

Vox-pop interviews at meetups and conferences; create cinematic yet native 60–120s

recaps for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.

Explainers & Skits:

Use props, whiteboards, motion graphics, or simple visual metaphors to demystify concepts

like DSPM, DLP, or DDR.

Employer Brand Reels:

30–45s culture clips that make top talent want to work here.

Static & Carousel Posts:

Design scroll-stopping LinkedIn and Instagram creatives, from thought-leadership carousels

to crisp statics that visualize insights, quotes, and milestones.

What You’ll Do (End-to-End)

• Concept & Scripting: Extract hooks from blogs, videos, and founder calls; craft 3

hook variants per idea.

• Production: Shoot with phone/DSLR, frame, light, mic, or direct others on-camera.
• Editing & Motion: Cut, subtitle, add B-roll and motion overlays in CapCut/Premiere.
• Design: Create brand-aligned static and carousel posts in Figma/Canva/Photoshop.
• Distribution: Write titles, captions, hashtags, and first-comment CTAs optimized for

LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Analytics & Iteration: Study retention graphs, engagement data, and iterate on

hooks, pacing, and visuals.

• Creator Ops: Maintain shoot calendars, content backlog, and a reusable asset

library.

Must-Haves

• Portfolio of short-form video work (Reels/Shorts/YouTube/TikTok) showing hook

craft and story flow.

• Ability to explain complex topics simply — bonus if you’ve done tech or edu

content.

• Design fluency: Canva/Figma/Photoshop for static and carousel creatives.
• Editing fluency: CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci; fast turnarounds.
• Hook sense: You can write 10 hooks and know which one will land.
• Bias to ship fast, learn fast, iterate faster.

Nice-to-Haves

• On-camera charisma (host or cameo in 30–60s thought-starters).
• Motion graphics skills (After Effects / CapCut templates).
• Audio cleanup (Adobe Podcast / CapCut Enhance).
• Interest in AI, cybersecurity, or tech storytelling.
