We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our brand’s online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, social trends, and community engagement, and will play a key role in shaping our online voice and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Research industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay relevant and proactive.
  • Assist with content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors as needed.
  • Support paid social media ad campaigns through audience targeting and performance tracking.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with paid advertising on social platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Photography/videography or basic video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
