Job Title: Content Creator (Female Only)

Location: Piplod, Surat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Content Creator who can handle both news content creation and client-focused branded content. You’ll work closely with the editorial, design, video, and social media teams to develop stories, scripts, and digital content that engages, informs, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

• News Content Creation: Write and publish timely and engaging news content, headlines, and social media posts. Develop scripts and captions for short-form video news (e.g., reels, shorts).
• Client & Branded Content: Write promotional scripts, campaign captions, and sponsored content posts as per client briefs. Create engaging and persuasive content for brand reels, interviews, and promotional videos.
• Trend Research & Innovation: Spot viral content formats, trending challenges, and real-time opportunities. Recommend creative content ideas and innovative formats to stay ahead in both news and client engagement.
• Planning & Coordination: Assist in content calendar planning for daily/weekly news segments. Coordinate with on-ground team, field reporters, or videographers for local updates. Follow tight deadlines and real-time publishing requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across various formats: images, videos, blog posts, and more.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and content management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
