Social Media Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and values. Collaborate with the in-house photographer/videographer to create stunning visuals.
• Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement with followers.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with potential clients and influencers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the events, marketing, and creative teams to align social media content with overall business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Content Creation: Strong skills in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Social Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, and best practices for each.
• Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills to create engaging and on-brand captions, posts, and content.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Analytics Tools: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track and improve performance.
• Organized & Strategic: Ability to create and stick to content calendars, while also being flexible to adapt to new ideas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
