About the Role (2–3 lines)

We’re a performance-driven digital marketing agency seeking a creator who can ideate → script → self-shoot → edit → publish daily short-form videos (Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts) and manage brand handles end-to-end. If you love being on camera, know trends, and can ship consistently, this is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Scripting

  • Plan monthly content calendars (hooks, angles, CTAs, hashtags) aligned to brand goals.
  • Write scripts for 15–60s Reels/Shorts; adapt to Hinglish/English tone as needed.
  • Research trends, audio, creators, and competitor content to spot opportunities.

Self-Shoot & On-Camera

  • Set up your own lighting, framing, audio and record A-roll/B-roll at office, home, or on-location.
  • Capture product shots, BTS, UGC-style clips; ensure brand-safe visuals and sound.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit vertical videos (9:16): jump cuts, captions/subtitles, B-roll overlays, motion text, memes, sound sync.
  • Create thumbnails/cover frames; export platform-ready files and maintain an organized asset library.

Publishing & Account Management

  • Post Reels, Stories, static posts; write captions, tag products/people, schedule via tools (Meta Suite/Later).
  • Community management: reply to comments/DMs, escalate leads, handle basic queries.
  • Weekly performance reviews: saves, comments, watch time, reach; propose next-week experiments.

Collaboration & Ops

  • Coordinate with designers, performance team, and clients for shoots, hooks, product features, and compliance.
  • Maintain brand voice, style guides, and content SOPs; ensure rights/credits for music/assets.

Must-Have Skills

  • On-camera confidence and clear spoken English/Hinglish.
  • Video editing: CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere/Rush (subtitles, effects, speed ramps).
  • Strong sense of hooks, storytelling, and platform nuances (IG/Shorts).
  • Basic design (Canva/Photoshop) for covers, carousels, story stickers.
  • Social media management: Meta Business Suite, scheduling, insights, UTM basics.
  • Excellent organization: content calendars, versioning, and time management.

Good-to-Have

  • Basic product photography, microphone/lighting know-how.
  • Experience with UGC/creator collabs, influencer outreach, and live sessions.
  • Understanding of funnels (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) and how content supports ads/SEO.

Tools You’ll Likely Use

CapCut/Premiere, After Effects (basic), Canva, Lightroom Mobile, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Notion/Trello, ChatGPT (for drafts), Hook/hashtag tools.
