Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who can bring our brand to life across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution, with a strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily content (reels, stories, posts, carousels, shorts) for all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create engaging visuals and videos.
• Write compelling and brand-aligned captions and scripts.
• Stay on top of current trends, memes, formats, and social audio-visual styles.
• Run on-location shoots (with models/products) and convert them into content pieces.
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or Later.
• Engage with our audience by replying to comments, DMs, and creating interactive stories.
• Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
• Track performance using basic analytics and suggest improvements.

You Should Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta platform algorithms.
• A good eye for aesthetics, fashion, and storytelling.
• Excellent written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Experience in video shoots and editing short-form videos.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Photography skills, reels on your own profile, or an active fashion/lifestyle blog.

Pay: ₹17,431.57 - ₹50,000.00 per month
