We’re a digital-manufacturing startup helping hardware product development and engineering teams source CNC-machined and 3D-printed parts faster but also streamline our entire creative department by documenting new AI-powered processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Visual Design & Brand Management

• Design and produce all essential visual assets, including Canva graphics, presentations, and infographics.
• Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and character illustrations for digital use.
• Create, document, and maintain Canva Brand Kits and Creative Guides (templates, usage rules, and asset libraries) to ensure company-wide brand consistency.

Video Production & Editing

• Execute professional video editing and post-production (e.g., color correction, audio enhancement, adding titles/graphics).
• Assist with video content planning, asset management, and final delivery.

AI Expertise & Education

• Act as the in-house Generative AI Expert, constantly researching, evaluating, and testing new AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly) for visual and video creation.
• Design and implement optimized AI-driven creative workflows to significantly improve production speed and efficiency.

Essential Expertise:

• Expert proficiency in Canva (including advanced features, Brand Kit management, and template creation).
• Strong experience with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Proven, hands-on experience and deep passion for Generative AI tools for visual and video content.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design, motion, and video work.
