Social Media Content Creator

Location: Yamuna Vihar, Delhi | Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Video Creator to become the face and creative force behind our brand. Your primary role is to shoot, edit, and star in viral-ready videos for Instagram/YouTube, and manage our content and influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Strategy:

• Ideate, script, shoot (using DSLR/Mobile), and edit high-quality, trending Reels/Shorts.
• Research and implement unique video concepts that have high viral potential.
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Explore and use AI video tools (like Heygen, Google Veo, etc.) to enhance content creation.

On-Camera Presence:

• Act as the primary host and face of Zingy Gifts' video content.
• Confidently present and communicate in front of the camera.

Influencer & Partnership Management:

• Identify and manage barter collaborations with micro-influencers.
• Negotiate and execute paid influencer partnerships.
• Coordinate and collect UGC/content from influencers for repurposing.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• A Portfolio of Viral Videos: Show us Reels/Shorts you've created and starred in [Can be personal Instagram account also].
• Tech-Savvy Creator: Expert in shooting with DSLR or smartphone and editing with CapCut/Premiere Pro etc.
• Trend-Forward: Deep understanding of what makes content go viral on Instagram.
• Creative & Proactive: Brings new, researched ideas to the table every week.
• A Natural On Camera: Confident and engaging as a video host.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with AI video generation tools.
• Basic knowledge of influencer outreach and management.
• Background in e-commerce or gifting.
