Social Media Content Creator

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and videos tailored to various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective content strategies that align with client goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand voice consistency.
• Engagement and Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and generate leads.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
• Campaign Support: Work closely with the advertising team to create promotional content that aligns with campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and social media trends.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Ability to edit and create short-form videos and reels using editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.
• Creativity and attention to detail with a strong visual sense.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management and content marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maradu, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
