Role Overview

creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Editor

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Shooting

• Plan and shoot

  photo & video content

  (products, behind-the-scenes, events, hampers, store visuals).
• Capture content at the kitchen, store, events, and client deliveries as required.
• Stay updated with

  social media trends (Instagram Reels, Linkedin, YouTube Shorts)

  and adapt them for Demould.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos for

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

  .
• Ensure all content aligns with Demould’s brand tone and aesthetics.
• Create short-form videos, reels, stop-motion clips, and product showcases.
• Add captions, animations, and music to enhance engagement.

Social Media Collaboration

• Work with the Social Media Manager to plan content calendars.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for festivals (Rakhi, Diwali, Weddings, etc.).
• Assist in influencer shoots, product styling, and campaign execution.

Performance & Improvement

• Ensure timely publishing of content.
• Suggest creative improvements to boost reach and engagement.
• Maintain a digital content library (photos, raw footage, edited content).

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience as a

  Content Creator / Videographer / Editor

  (F&B, lifestyle, or fashion industry preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent editing tools

  .
• Strong photography & videography skills (owning a camera/phone with good setup is a plus).
• Passion for

  food styling and visual storytelling

  .
• Understanding of

  social media trends and algorithms

  .
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
