Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and should be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. The role also involves scripting for podcasts and contributing to our digital presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create, shoot, and edit video content for YouTube, Reels, and Shorts
Develop content ideas and scripts for videos and podcasts
Collaborate with the marketing and design team to align content with brand strategy
Stay updated with trends in video content, social media, and digital storytelling
Manage on-location and in-office video shoots independently
Present and host videos confidently when needed
Assist in basic video post-production when required

Requirements:

Proficient in Tamil and English (Additional languages are a plus)
Prior experience in video creation or media production is preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms and their video formats
Bonus Skills: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut)
Podcast scripting and hosting experience
Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and camera equipment
