Educational Counsellor - Hindi

You will be joining Aieraa Overseas Studies as a Hindi Education Counsellor based in Alandur. With 1 to 4 years of experience, you will be a key part of our team, guiding students towards overseas education opportunities. Your role involves offering expert advice to students, assisting them in choosing courses, universities, and countries aligned with their preferences and career aspirations. You will be responsible for managing student inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and online chat. Furthermore, conducting presentations and seminars to educate students and parents on the advantages of studying abroad will be part of your duties. Keeping accurate records of student interactions, updating the CRM system regularly, and providing support throughout the admission and pre-departure processes are crucial aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should have 1-3 years of experience in admission counselling or a related field. A deep understanding of overseas education systems, universities, and visa processes is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with proficiency in CRM software for managing student interactions. Familiarity with career counselling and aptitude assessment tools will be beneficial.
