As a Social Media Strategist/Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for the following: - Developing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. - Managing various social media platforms effectively. - Scheduling and posting engaging content regularly. - Engaging with followers by providing company updates and responding to their comments promptly. - Creating brand awareness to attract a wider audience. - Leading the Social Media team and ensuring seamless teamwork. - Creating and managing paid social media campaigns for advertising purposes. - Monitoring social media metrics and analyzing ROI. - Keeping abreast of social media trends and incorporating them into strategies. - Generating reports on social media engagement and activities. - Optimizing social media content for maximum impact. - Collaborating with Graphic Designers and other team members. - Staying updated on the latest social media advertising efforts and goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a social media strategist or manager. - Proficiency in understanding engagement metrics and KPIs. - Excellent research skills for social media strategy development. - Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to create compelling content. - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative reporting. - Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and quick learning abilities. - Excellent project management and prioritization skills. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
