Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a social media strategist or manager. - Proficiency in understanding engagement metrics and KPIs. - Excellent research skills for social media strategy development. - Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to create compelling content. - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative reporting. - Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and quick learning abilities. - Excellent project management and prioritization skills. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
