Role Overview


We’re seeking a Social Media & Brand Coordinator who can:


  • Be the visual and communication voice of Alta Vista on Instagram and digital platforms.
  • Capture real-time content — videos, client walkthroughs, designer visits, and product showcases.
  • Work closely with the founders to plan and execute a strong brand identity online.
  • You’ll act as a bridge between the showroom and the audience — making our products, projects, and people come alive.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Creation & Management
  • Shoot short videos/reels and photos in the showroom — product tours, designer visits, behind-the-scenes, installations, etc.
  • Create 3–4 posts and 5–6 stories per week for Instagram (and later LinkedIn/Pinterest).
  • Write simple, elegant captions aligned with the Alta Vista tone (premium yet friendly).
  • Coordinate with a freelance designer/editor for polished post layouts when needed.


Brand Presentation


  • Be confident to appear in videos or voiceovers (as the face or narrator of the brand).
  • Ensure the showroom’s visual identity and tone stay consistent across all platforms.
  • Assist in styling small product corners or shoot setups for content.


Community Engagement:


  • Respond to DMs, inquiries, and comments.
  • Track leads generated through Instagram or WhatsApp and share with the sales team.
  • Engage with designers, brands, and partners on social media for visibility.


Reporting & Strategy


  • Maintain a monthly content calendar and performance tracker.
  • Share weekly updates and insights on what’s working (types of reels, posts, engagement).


Ideal Candidate Profile


You are:


  • Confident on camera and good with presentation.
  • Aesthetic-minded, with a passion for interiors, design, or lifestyle content.
  • Organized and proactive — you love taking ownership.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, designers, and brand partners.


Skills Required:


  • Strong knowledge of Instagram (reels, trends, captions, analytics).
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps).
  • Canva or basic design sense.
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi.


Preferred Background:


  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing.
  • Experience in interiors, lifestyle, fashion, or design brands is a plus.
