Ensure efficient materials handling, storage, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize materials flow for production. Job Title: Plant HR Executive (Rotational Shift) Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Plant Head-HR Location: Solar Module Manufacturing Plant Job Purpose: To manage and execute day-to-day HR activities at the plant level, ensuring smooth HR operations for employees working in shifts. This includes attendance, manpower planning, statutory compliance, grievance handling, welfare activities, and coordination with the central HR team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attendance & Shift Management Monitor daily attendance of workers and staff for all shifts. Prepare and maintain shift rosters in coordination with production. Track overtime, leave, and absenteeism; escalate discrepancies. Ensure timely updating of attendance records in the HRMS. 2. Manpower Planning & Deployment Ensure required manpower availability shift-wise as per production needs. Coordinate with contractors for manpower supply if applicable. Maintain records of daily manpower strength and deployment. 3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling Act as first point of contact for employee issues on the shop floor. Resolve minor grievances promptly or escalate to HR Manager. Maintain healthy industrial relations within the plant. Support disciplinary action procedures as per company policy. 4. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to the manufacturing unit. Coordinate with contractors for statutory documentation (PF, ESIC, wages, etc.). Support internal and external audits related to HR. 5. Welfare & Engagement Oversee implementation of employee welfare facilities (canteen, uniforms, transport, etc.).
