Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches. Be Body wise started in May 2021, is an online women s elective health platform, serving 1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition. Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Craft engaging content that hits the sweet spot on Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Make it scroll-stopping! Campaigns: Team up to plan and execute campaigns that boost our brand, get people talking, and bring in those leads. Community Management: Build relationships online, one comment and DM at a time. Keep it real, keep it fun, and always keep it timely. Analytics: Track the numbers, analyse the trends, and report on what s working (and what s not) to help us tweak our strategy Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on the latest social media trends, tools, and tricks. Brand Advocate: You re not just posting; you re living and breathing our brand voice and values with every piece of content. Who s Our Ideal Player 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in the game. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable being in the spotlight (yep, on camera too!). Minimum qualification: Graduate. Creativity and motivation are a must.
