Analytical Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and validation of new analytical methods for evaluating the quality, safety, nutritional content of Food & Nutra products. Manage & oversee the analytical laboratory operations, including equipment, personnel workflows to ensure accurate and reliable results. Collaborate closely with R&D Quality Assurance, Regulatory teams to ensure analytical method align with product development goals and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement of analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy and precision in food & nutra-analysis. Ensure compliance with local and international food safety and quality standards such as FSSAI, FDA or ISO. P Provide technical expertise including chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and microbiological testing. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve analytical issues in food & nutra product analysis. Maintain accurate documentation of analytical procedures, method validation reports and other relevant records. Stay updated with the latest advances in food & nutra-analysis technologies and incorporate cutting edge methods into the labs practices.
