We’re building the future of how fashion is discovered, shopped, and experienced — and now we’re looking for someone who knows how to make LaFetch trend, convert, grow, and absolutely dominate social.

This isn’t your typical “post on Instagram” job.

You’ll be the internet’s first window into LaFetch — the voice, the vibe, the engine.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running the entire social heartbeat of LaFetch: planning, posting, scripting, captioning, and making sure the brand stays buzzing online every single day.
• Building monthly content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, LF Mag, and Afterhours — in short, shaping how LaFetch shows up everywhere.
• Turning trends, references, chaos, and last-minute madness into quick, clever, scroll-stopping content that feels fun, sharp, and unapologetically LaFetch.
• Working closely with video editors, designers, GrowCo, and the A-List team so every reel, static, story, and post lands exactly the way you imagined it.
• Jumping on camera when needed and bringing the LaFetch personality alive — energetic, bold, outgoing, and always in the moment.
• Approving and aligning brand assets across reels, statics, stories, website banners, and app placements so everything stays premium and consistent.
• Diving deep into post-posting analysis and running growth experiments to understand what’s working, what’s tanking, and what needs to change by tomorrow morning.
• Acting as the bridge between brand and marketing, making sure every brand goes live with the right creative, the right caption, at the right time.
• Basically… if it hits the internet with the LaFetch tag, there’s a 99% chance you made it happen.
