📌 Role Overview

As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activity, creating engaging conten and assisting with campaigns to grow our online community and sales.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to create content, shoot and edit reels, stories & more. Must know how to stay up to date with trends to create viral & high engagement content.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Manage relationships with influencers and content promoters.
• Engage with followers by replying to DMs, comments, and queries promptly
• Track performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, conversions) and share insights
• Support promotional campaigns for festivals, weddings, and product launches
• Ensure brand tone, style, and identity are consistent across all channels

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in social media handling (preferred in retail/e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of Instagram & WhatsApp engagement strategies
• Creative mindset with good English & Hindi communication and writing skills
• Ability to work on-site at our

💰 Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Permanent, full-time position
