Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing our social media presence, producing engaging video content, and assisting with lead management and client follow-up. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of creative skills and a strategic mindset to drive brand visibility and support our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media ad campaigns across various platforms.
• Content Creation: Edit and produce short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks, to engage our target audience.
• Virtual Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate Zoom meetings and webinars, including scheduling, technical setup, and attendee communication.
• Sales Support: Follow up with leads and clients to facilitate sales closures and build strong relationships.
• Website Maintenance: Update and manage content on our company's WordPress website.
• Tool Utilization: Efficiently use a variety of digital tools, including Canva, AI-powered content tools, and other marketing software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in running and optimizing social media ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing and creating engaging short-form video content.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
• Experience with or a strong willingness to learn and use AI tools for content creation and marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client interactions effectively.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
