You will play a crucial role at Blue Beds, a boutique hospitality firm known for its unique lodging experiences. As the Guest Experience Manager in Jaipur, your primary focus will be on enhancing guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth through strategic planning. Your responsibilities will revolve around managing content, guest relations, and curating exceptional tours and experiences for travelers. - Craft engaging content tailored to our backpacker community and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms. - Establish and nurture partnerships with content creators and local businesses to create a vibrant digital presence. - Develop innovative tours and experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests, reflecting the rich culture of Jaipur. - Solicit and address guest feedback proactively to continuously enhance our services and foster a welcoming atmosphere. - Cultivate relationships within the community to expand our customer base and drive sales opportunities. - A passion for travel and hospitality, with a strong background in the hospitality and youth travel market. - Experience in social media management, content creation, and familiarity with digital marketing tools. - Excellent communication skills, an extroverted personality, and empathy towards customers and colleagues. - Proficiency in organizing and attention to detail, with prior knowledge of social media management tools and content creation. - Experience working with Channel Managers, OTA extranets, and CRM software like EZEE ABSOLUTE and CLOUDBEDS is preferred.
