Soch Foundry is hiring a Social Media & Community Manager. Location: Remote (with a bias toward Mumbai or NYC timezone) Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years CTC: upto 12 LPA If you’ve spent the last 5 years running D2C or niche brand socials like they were your personal playground - growing cult followings, obsessing over engagement and serving swipe-worthy content with strong POVs - read on because this is for you! We’re a strategy-first creative studio built between Mumbai and New York. We like our brands with bite, our content with character, and our creatives with culture. What you’ll do: Convert strategy into engaging campaigns that catch the audience and get the numbers. Help build online narratives for clients and craft witty, sharp, or striking content that makes our audience pause — and DM Turn client work, cultural observations, and in-house musings into scroll-breaking stories Nurture our growing community of brand nerds, creatives, strategists, and founders Bring a POV to everything from memes to macrotrends You, in bullet points: 5-ish years of running social for D2C, lifestyle, or mid-sized brands with a cult vibe A natural writer with a sense of rhythm, timing, and tone - copy is your weapon Knows Canva, CapCut or basic video editing enough to make a reel pop Not just a content doer, but a content thinker Culture-forward. Brand-fluent. Twitter-brained (in the best way).
