Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Algorithm Scientist, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The Social Media Algorithm Scientist will be responsible for researching and developing algorithms to enhance the visibility and engagement of social media content. The individual will analyze various social media platforms to understand trends, patterns, and user behaviors. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the content production team, gathering insights, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize content performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics and data science
• Experience in conducting Research related to social media algorithms and user behavior
• Knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Policy as they pertain to digital media
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
• Close proximity to Cathedral Road/Chennai
