Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Timings :7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn, creating and managing monthly plans, and reporting performance. You will also coordinate with the creative team and clients to achieve clear business goals like lead generation or sales.

What You Will Do

• Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Create and manage content calendars
• Monitor campaigns and make performance improvements
• Track key metrics like reach, CPC, leads, and conversions
• Create and share monthly reports with insights
• Attend client meetings and explain results clearly
• Suggest creative and strategic improvements
• Coordinate with our design and content team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in managing social media ad campaigns
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or other ad tools like Hootsuite or SEMrush
• Understanding of ad KPIs (CTR, ROAS, cost per result, etc.)
• Good at analysing data and preparing reports
• Comfortable communicating with international clients in English
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Bonus if you know basic creative editing or design feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance marketing or ecommerce campaigns
• Working knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati alongside English
• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lead funnel strategies
• Interest in AI tools, A/B testing, and data-led decision making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
