What You’ll Do

• Research and curate

  founder/startup content

  already available online (clips, interviews, hustle shots, podcasts, tweets).
• Create

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style edits

  that connect with

  Gen Z and aspiring founders

  .
• Add

  captions, hooks, and storytelling angles

  to make content viral-ready.
• Repurpose founder stories, motivational clips, and startup insights into engaging formats.
• Work closely with the team to

  plan weekly campaigns

  (themes like hustle, failure, pitching, pressure).
• Prepare the audience for Cohort 1 by giving them a

  taste of the founder grind and drama

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for

  social media and storytelling

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends

  .
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Creative mindset with ability to make content engaging with limited resources.
• Bonus: Interest in

  startups, entrepreneurship, or hustle culture

  .
