Job Description

Role Summary

SOC Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SOC operations, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and incident response.
Oversee threat detection, analysis, and escalation processes to maintain security posture.
Implement and optimize
SIEM solutions (ELK or Splunk)
for log management, correlation, and alerting.
Develop and enforce SOC policies, procedures, and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders during security incidents.
Mentor and guide SOC analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare executive-level reports on security incidents, trends, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
8 years of relevant experience
in cybersecurity, with at least
3 years in SOC leadership
.
Strong hands-on experience with
ELK stack or Splunk
for SIEM operations.
Expertise in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and advanced threat detection techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
