Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source new business for
Commercial Vehicle Loans
through direct sourcing, dealerships, and market references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers to increase sourcing of loan applications.
Manage the
end-to-end sales cycle
including lead generation, application processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Ensure
First Time Right
documentation for all loan proposals with timely submission.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers for
savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, and FASTag
.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Provide prompt and professional service to customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and resolve customer issues.
Ensure
100% compliance
with all internal processes, credit norms, and
RBI/regulatory
requirements.
Conduct periodic dealer and market visits to assess business opportunities and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
16 years in commercial vehicle loan sales, auto loans, tractor finance, or used car loans.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
auto finance market
, commercial vehicle products, and credit norms.
