As a User Experience Researcher, you play a crucial role in turning hunches into hardcore insights. Beyond being a UX Researcher, you are a Product Researcher who delves into user empathy while also considering market trends, business goals, and product strategy. Your focus is on building what's right, rather than what's easy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert random one-liners into valuable research insights. - Conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and experiments. - Engage extensively with users to gather valuable feedback. - Map user journeys, create personas, identify trends, and shape product narratives. - Act as a bridge between users, business stakeholders, and the product team. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-4 years of experience in UX/Product research with a focus on real users. - Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. - Familiarity with tools such as Maze, Dovetail, and Optimal Workshop. - Ability to create insightful presentations that captivate the audience. - Possess a blend of empathy, logic, and a strategic mindset aligned with the product roadmap.
