Job Description

Role: Snow Engineer Experience: 4-10 Years Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore JOB Descriptions Service Portal Design and Development: Create visually appealing and intuitive Service Portal layouts using ServiceNow's portal builder tools. Develop custom widgets, forms, and workflows to deliver specific functionalities on the portal. Integrate external data sources to provide relevant information on the portal. Manage user access and security controls for the Service Portal. EC Pro Configuration and Customization: Customize the Employee Center Pro interface to align with organizational needs and branding. Design personalized dashboards and content for different employee groups. Configure workflows and approvals within the EC Pro environment. Integrate EC Pro with other ServiceNow modules like HR, IT, and Facilities Management. Content Management: Develop and manage content libraries, including knowledge articles, FAQs, company news, and policy documents. Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to employees. Utilize content strategies to drive employee engagement and awareness. Integration with Other Systems: Integrate EC Pro with other enterprise systems like HR, payroll, learning management systems to provide a unified employee experience. Develop workflows and data mappings to seamlessly transfer information between systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Jelly) for customization and automation. Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including tables, workflows, and ACLs. Experience with Service Portal development tools and frameworks. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Service Portal and EC Pro designs. Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration across modules. Communicate effectively with users to provide training and support on the Service Portal and EC Pro features.
