About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud.This role requires a balance of functional HR process understanding and technical proficiency in developing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules.The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, troubleshooting, and delivery of end-to-end HCM projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, mapping them to Oracle HCM capabilities.
• Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates.
• Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI).
• Provide end-to-end project support requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.

Proven Expertise In

• HCM Extracts
• BI Publisher
• Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
• HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI)
  

Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to bridge business and technical teams.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
