You will be responsible for solution design, client interaction, troubleshooting, and end-to-end delivery of HCM projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, aligning them with Oracle HCM capabilities. - Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates. - Design and implement intricate integrations with third-party systems using SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI. - Provide comprehensive project support covering requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment. - Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. - Ensure adherence to business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. **Required Qualifications:** - Proven expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI). - Deep understanding of HR business processes with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
