Description Job Title : HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location : Hyderabad, India Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 8+ Years About The Role We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. This role requires a balance of functional HR process understanding and technical proficiency in developing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, troubleshooting, and delivery of end-to-end HCM projects. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, mapping them to Oracle HCM capabilities. Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates. Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI). Provide end-to-end project support requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc. Proven Expertise In HCM Extracts BI Publisher Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits) HCM Data Loader (HDL) Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI) Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to bridge business and technical teams.
