A Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with campus recruitment experience in Chandigarh and Punjab is responsible for driving the organizations growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives, particularly focusing on hiring fresh graduates and managing large-scale recruitment efforts in educational institutions and the corporate sector.
Core Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both campus and experienced hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiation. Develop and maintain partnerships with local colleges, universities, and educational institutions in Chandigarh and Punjab to build effective campus recruitment programs. Establish campus outreach campaigns, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives targeted at attracting emerging talent in the region. Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, networking events, social media, and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline for all business requirements. Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define position specifications and hiring goals, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools to optimize recruitment workflows, maintain accurate data, and prepare recruitment dashboards. Manage relationships with external agencies and internal recruiters; coach and develop recruitment teams. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and continuously improve recruitment policies and processes in line with regional and national standards. Maintain up-to-date recruitment metrics and KPIs, reporting on hiring activity, cost savings, and performance efficiencies.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.12-14 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven campus recruitment experience in the region. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ATS, recruitment software, and digital sourcing tools; knowledge of local universities and student talent trends in Chandigarh/Punjab. Ability to work effectively under deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employer branding, diversity initiatives, and best practices in modern talent acquisition.Additional Duties Organize and represent the employer at campus job fairs, placement drives, and talent networking events in Chandigarh and Punjab. Develop effective onboarding and orientation programs for new joiners from campus sources. Stay updated with local labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to ensure competitive talent acquisition strategies.This role is best suited for a proactive, data-driven leader with a passion for building high-performance teams and relationships in the dynamic talent landscape of Chandigarh and Punjab.
