Job Title: SMT Operator
Department: Production / Electronics Manufacturing
Location: Gurugram
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Freshers with SMT knowledge may also apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SMT machines (e.g., Yamaha, Juki, Panasonic, etc.).
• Perform PCB loading, solder paste application, pick & place operations.
• Conduct visual inspection and AOI checks for component placement accuracy.
• Handle machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain production logs, machine parameters, and shift reports.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
• Replace feeder components and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Relevant field.
• Basic understanding of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with SMT line machines and tools.
• Ability to read PCB layouts and understand process instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Knowledge of Reflow oven, SPI, AOI machines.
• Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.
• Experience in ISO-certified electronics manufacturing units.
