SMT Operator

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate various SMT machines, including pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens, to assemble electronic components onto PCBs. 2
• Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met. This includes inspecting assembled boards for defects and using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems to verify accuracy. 2
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues. Perform routine maintenance on SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 2
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the assembly process. Report findings to supervisors or management. 1
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to optimize the SMT process and address any production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
