Ensure product quality by inspecting PCBs, performing touch-up soldering, and adhering to ESD and 5S standards while maintaining accurate production and quality records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, follow production schedules, and meet output targets with consistent quality Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SMT operations, PCB soldering, and assembly work. Good understanding of PCB layouts, surface mount and through-hole components, and soldering techniques.
