Junior Engineer

As a Junior Engineer (PLC & Electrical Panel) at our company, you will be responsible for commissioning projects involving pre-commissioning, testing, and cold trials of industrial automation systems. Your primary focus will be on testing PLCs & electrical panels, supporting system start-ups, and implementing modifications. You will have the opportunity to work at our Kharagpur factory and participate in commissioning projects across India and worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform pre-commissioning, testing, and cold trials of control systems at the Kharagpur facility. - Conduct on-site commissioning of automation and electrical systems across various locations. - Test PLCs & electrical panels for functionality and compliance with technical specifications. - Provide start-up support and troubleshoot system issues during deployment. - Implement modifications and improvements based on project-specific requirements. - Ensure product-specific adaptation of control systems for different projects. - Collaborate with engineering and project teams to optimize control system performance. - Maintain detailed documentation of test results, modifications, and commissioning activities. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. - 1-2 years of experience in PLC programming, electrical panel testing, and commissioning. - Knowledge of industrial automation systems and control logic. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and modifying control systems. - Willingness to travel PAN India and internationally for commissioning projects. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. *Preferred Skills:* - Exposure to Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Schneider PLCs. - Understanding of SCADA, HMI, and industrial communication protocols. - Experience in industrial project execution and site coordination.
