Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for issues related to

  SMTP configurations

  , email delivery, and mail server settings.
• Handle queries and support requests related to

  SMS and Bulk SMS platforms

  , including delivery failures, API integration issues, and routing concerns.
• Work closely with clients to understand their technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance, error logs, and SMS/email delivery reports to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as development and network operations for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Document support cases, solutions, and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role focused on

  SMTP and SMS/Bulk SMS systems

  .
• Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, POP3, IMAP) and SMS gateways.
• Familiarity with tools used for email and SMS delivery monitoring and debugging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations related to SMS and email services.
• Knowledge of common email security practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
