Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media optimization strategies to boost brand awareness, audience engagement, and website traffic.
  • Manage and oversee company social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging, shareable content (text, images, videos, infographics) aligned with brand tone and target audience.
  • Plan and schedule posts in coordination with content calendars and marketing campaigns to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor online community interactions and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Launch and optimize paid social media campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling visual and written content.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates, CTR, conversions, and audience growth.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with social media algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging tools or technologies.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, social media vendors, and external marketing agencies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy positioning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and platform-specific advertising policies.
  • Work with internal teams including marketing, PR, and customer support to align social efforts with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an SMO Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated record of growing and managing social channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their management tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, basic graphic design, and video editing.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to draw insights from data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple social media campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-changing social media landscape.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
