Job Title:

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Oversee day-to-day social media account management for the company.
Create, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns to boost engagement and audience growth.
Analyze social media trends to enhance brand presence and improve campaign performance.
Develop and execute targeted content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Create, curate, and manage content including images, blogs, videos, and written posts.
Engage with users, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.
Plan and run promotions, contests, and paid social ad campaigns.
Manage and enhance online reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
Build and execute comprehensive social media marketing plans.
Develop data-driven strategies backed by testing and analytics.

Required Skills / Tools

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and insights tools.
Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other creative design tools.
Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar social scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of SEO basics and how social media integrates with search.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
