To create and manage all social media ad campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction To research and analyze social media trends to improve social media presence, campaign efficacy, and areas for social media improvement. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, blogs, video, and written). Monitor, listen, and socially respond to users. Design, create, and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review. Analyze key metrics and strategy as needed. •
